  • 13 years in timeshare executive leadership positions, real estate M&A, and boutique hotel ownership
  • Former VP and COO at SPM Resorts (largest independent timeshare management company), with past corporate management roles at Hilton Grand Vacations and Orange Lake Resorts/Holiday Inn Club Vacations
  • Projects include directing HGV's first Fee-Based-Service conversions, entry into Myrtle Beach market, takeover of Elara in Las Vegas (formerly Westgate Planet Hollywood Towers), JIT acquisition at Trump Tower LV, condo conversion in Park City, UT and the first FFS project in Carlsbad, CA
  • Experienced broker including the sales of a mid-size timeshare company, 2 fractional/timeshare resorts and thousands of intervals in bulk from over 20 resorts across the country to major timeshare companies
  • Bachelor's in Economics from Vanderbilt University

Matt Bell

  • Prior to Osprey, was an early employee and Principal at Placemakr, an apartment-hotel brand and management business, which he helped scale nationally. Placemakr partnered with Hilton in 2026
  • Launched Placemakr Investments, a real estate investment division within the company, which acquired $350 million of properties through joint venture partnerships for apartment-hotel operations. Led deal sourcing, capitalization and dispositions, and assisted with underwriting, due diligence and asset management of investments
  • Before Placemakr, worked at Berkadia in Washington, DC where he and his team arranged over $4.5 billion of debt for multifamily, hospitality, office, retail, self-storage and industrial properties through Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac originations, as well as CMBS, Debt Fund, Life Insurance and Bank loans
  • BS in Finance from Villanova University's School of Business, where he captained the Men's Lacrosse team

Bert Blicher

  • Former CEO of the Oxford First Corporation, a publicly traded finance company listed on the NYSE
  • Former Chairman of the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) and the International Timeshare Foundation. First recipient of the ARDA Lifetime Achievement Award
  • Created the first Fee-for-Service timeshare project structure with Bluegreen Vacations with a resort in the Bahamas. Used that formula to close on 4 additional capital light deals
  • Started the first loan origination company focused on providing financing for buyers of timeshare resales. Sold 51% of the company in 2024
  • Chairman of the largest legitimate timeshare resale company in the US
  • Serves on the Board of two timeshare development companies
  • Graduate of Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania
